Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. stuffing mix (herb-seasoned)
    2 lb. zucchini (7 c.)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Slice zucchini into 3/8-inch slices.
    Chop onions.
    Cook zucchini with onion in boiling salted water until crisp-tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain well.
