Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. seasoned ground beef
    1 small head lettuce
    1 bunch green onions
    1 tomato
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    1 c. crushed corn chips
    taco sauce
Preparation
    Fry or boil ground beef and season.
    Drain.
    Chop lettuce, onions and tomato.
    In large bowl, place chips in bottom, add meat, salad and cheese.
    Top with sauce.
    Stir and serve.
