Pumpkin Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. can pumpkin
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar, granulated
3 eggs
18 1/4 oz. box yellow cake mix
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix pumpkin, ginger, milk, cloves, sugar, cinnamon, eggs, and nutmeg.
Pour into a 9-inch x 13-inch pan coated with Pam. Sprinkle cake mix dry over pumpkin mixture.
Sprinkle nuts over cake mix.
Spoon cooled, melted butter over nuts.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
