Pecan Carrot Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. grated carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in lemon and orange peels. Combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to creamed mixture alternately with juices. Stir in carrots, raisins and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured fluted tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
