Lemon Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 lb. light brown sugar
6 eggs, separated
1 1/2 oz. lemon extract
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. candied cherries, coarsely cut
1 lb. pecans
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well in large mixing bowl. Whip egg white and fold into mixture. Mix fruit and nuts with 2 cups flour. Add to mixture. Cook 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0 in a greased and floured tube pan.
