4 chicken breasts
garlic powder
3 garlic cloves
1 medium whole onion
seasoned tenderizer
baking bag
8 large carrots
6 or 8 medium potatoes
paprika
Pioneer nonfat flour
salt
Preparation

Cover chicken real well with seasoned tenderizer.
Let set at least 20 minutes or overnight.
Now, put chicken with 2 tablespoons of flour in the bag.
Shake to coat chicken.
Put 12 ounces of water in bag and rest of the ingredients.
Put bag in a 9 x 13-inch pan and put about a 1 1/2-inch slit in the bag. Bake until done, around 40 minutes, in 300\u00b0 oven.
