Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Doritos (nacho or plain)
    2 lb. hamburger, cooked
    3 c. instant rice, cooked
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 onion (optional)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Put one layer of crushed Doritos on the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Mix meat, onion, rice and soup together.
    Spread mixture over chips, then layer cheese over mixture.
    Top with another layer of crushed Doritos. Bake from 30 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until cheese is melted.
