7 Minute Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites

Preparation

Cook water and sugar until it spins a thread.
Meanwhile beat egg whites until stiff.
When water mixture is done, slowly add to egg whites while they are beating.
(this is after they are stiff).
Then ice a cake.
