Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    4 c. liquid
    2 lb. Boston Butt Pork Roast, chopped
    2 lb. Smokey Hollow Beef Sausage
    2 lb. Smokey Hollow Pork Sausage, spicy or mild
    1 lb. onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    parsley
    2 bunches of green onions, chopped
    2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
    2 cans mushroom
    2 can Rotel Tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat, then sausage.
    Add seasonings, mushroom, and Rotel Tomatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Then add parsley, and green onions.
    Cook for a minutes longer.
    Then add all the liquid. Once it boils, put the rice in and cook about 10 minutes.
