Mushroom And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen pie crusts
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Toss the shredded cheese with the flour in a bowl.
    Then add the beaten eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Fold in sliced mushrooms. Pour the mixture into pie crusts.
    Bake pies in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour until the pie is golden brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
