Hot Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. salsa
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    tomatoes, chopped
    sour cream
    shredded cheese
    tortilla chips
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    black olives
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in skillet; drain.
    Add salsa, tomato sauce and bouillon cube.
    Bring to full boil.
    Cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Prepare rice.
    Serve meat mixture over rice and top with garnishes:
    chopped tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, black olives and tortilla chips.
