Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium fresh tomatoes, cut into small cubes
    1 green bell pepper
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped sweet or green onion
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    6 to 8 finely chopped jalapenos (fresh)
    2 stalks finely chopped celery
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix all ingredients well.
    Cover; chill overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes about 5 cups.
