Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped celery
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. diced white or yellow cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    2 slices bread
Preparation
    Soak bread in 1/3 cup milk.
    Mix together the first 7 ingredients.
    Add the soaked bread; mix well.
    Bake in a loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
