My Mom'S Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turnip greens or other type of greens
    1/2 to 3/4 c. bacon grease
    salt
    sugar
Preparation
    Wash turnip greens through several waters.
    Cover with water and boil until tender.
    In large iron skillet, put bacon grease and add greens that have been lifted out of the water.
    Add salt to taste and a little sugar, if desired, and cook on medium heat until greens are almost dry.
