Nacho Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tortilla shells
    oil for frying
    8 oz. Colby Cheese, grated
    hotdogs, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can nacho sauce
    sliced hot peppers
Preparation
    Cut tortilla shells into eights and fry in oil until crisp; drain on paper towel.
    Set aside.
    Arrange fried tortilla shells on a cookie sheet.
    Cut and arrange a generous cube of cheese on each.
    Add a slice of hot dog and a small slice of hot pepper. Stick under the broiler for a few minutes, Serve immediately.
