Virgin Island - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 slices or spears pineapple (fresh, if possible)
    2 tsp. can coconut cream
    1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 tsp. superfine sugar
    1 scoop finely crushed ice
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender and blend until frothy.
    Pour into glass.
    Garnish with pineapple star.
    Makes 1 drink.
