Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Hudson Cream self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Measure flour.
    Add shortening and cut or rub into flour.
    Add milk a little at a time.
    Whip up dough with a heavy spoon.
    Roll 3/4-inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on baking sheet and bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
