Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. lean ground beef
    10 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    5 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 1/4 tsp. onion salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    5 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Make 4 to 6 rolls (10 to 12-inches long and 2 to 3-inches in diameter).
    Wrap in heavy foil.
    Refrigerate 24 hours before cooking.
