Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Minute rice, cooked
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
2 sticks margarine
1 pkg. crackers
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown bell pepper and onion in 1 stick margarine.
In casserole dish, combine rice, corn, soup, bell pepper and onion with butter, 1/2 cup cheese, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
Mix together well and top with remaining cheese, then crumble crackers over top of cheese.
Melt margarine and pour over top of crackers.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
