Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 family pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
1/2 stick butter
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheese
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook vegetables and drain.
(Microwave is easier.)
Mix with onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise.
Put in greased casserole. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter.
Put on top of vegetables.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
