Peach Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    2 heaping tsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Add stiff egg whites last.
    Fill unbaked pie shell 3/4 full of sliced ripe peaches.
    Pour egg and flour mix over top of peaches until shell is full.
    Pour small amount of melted butter on top. Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    Bake on bottom rack.
