Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. chopped bell pepper
2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 can cream-style corn
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. buttermilk
2 c. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased skillet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about an hour or until lightly brown.
