Ingredients

2 c. uncooked wide noodles
15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
4 oz. mushrooms
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles until tender.
Beat eggs.
Add milk, 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese and salt.
Mix with noodles.
