Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Gently squeeze the spinach, discarding excess water. Place in a nonaluminum saucepan and cook over a low heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes until it's tender, but still bright green. Add cream, salt and nutmeg and simmer for 5 minutes until the cream has bubbled and reduced slightly.
