Fiesta Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. Old English sharp cheese spread
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate (Accent)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. crushed Cheddar cheese crackers
    1 1/2 Tbsp. taco season mix
Preparation
    Pound each raw chicken breast to flatten.
    Beat together butter and cheese spread.
    Add onion, salt and monosodium glutamate.
    Place a portion of mixture at one end of a chicken piece.
    Roll up; tuck ends to enclose filling.
    Fasten with toothpick.
    Dip each roll in melted butter; coat with cracker crumbs and taco mix.
    Arrange in microwave dish.
    Bake on High for 12 minutes, rotating after 5 minutes.
