Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground cooked beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut off stem ends of peppers; remove seeds.
    Boil shells about five minutes in salted water and drain.
