Egg Pot Pie Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together ingredients.
If too stiff, add a few drops of cold water.
Roll out thin on floured cloth.
Cut into 2-inch squares and drop into boiling broth.
Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
