Herby Cheese Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
5 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 lb. sliced ham, smoked turkey or roast beef
3 green onions, green part only
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
Add chives, parsley, garlic pepper, dill weed and thyme.
Beat well.
Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Slightly soften.
Reserve 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Spread cheese mixture over each flour tortilla.
Top with meat slices.
Cut green onions into pieces at one edge of tortilla.
Roll up each tortilla.
Use reserved cheese mixture to seal edges of tortilla rolls.
Cut rolls into 3/4-inch slices.
Arrange on serving plate.
May be covered and stored in refrigerator up to 4 hours.
Makes 35 appetizers.
