Ham And Vegetable Crescent Ring - cooking recipe

2 cans crescent roll dough
1/4 lb. ham, chopped
1/4 lb. broccoli florets (tops without stems), chopped
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Swiss)
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation

Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on a cookie sheet or pizza pan with wide bottoms of triangles toward the center and points out.
Overlap the crescent dough triangles and leave a hole in the center, so the dough forms a wreath.
Mix remaining ingredients to make filling.
Spread filling evenly over the inner part of the dough.
Fold the points over the filling toward the center of the wreath.
Pinch and seal.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
