Karen'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice and a little lemon rind
Preparation
    Butter or grease pan.
    Use bread crumbs or fine graham cracker crumbs to cover buttered pan lightly.
    Combine ingredients; beat well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
