Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw shredded sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cane sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
honey (to drizzle over top)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except eggs.
Beat eggs well and add to mixture.
Blend and bake in shallow baking dish (drizzle with honey before baking).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
