Pecan Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter, vanilla and sugar together until fluffy; add salt and flour, sifted together.
    Add pecans; mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool and roll in confectioners sugar.
    Yields 50 cookies.
