Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    7 c. all-purpose flour
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
    1 yeast cake or pkg.
Preparation
    Beat egg and sugar together.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to egg and sugar.
    Add salt and 4 cups of flour.
    Stir with spoon.
    Add melted butter and stir.
    Add 3 cups of flour.
    Knead well.
    Let rise until size has doubled.
    Shape into rolls and let rolls rise about an hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Dough can be kept in refrigerator.
