Ham Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fried rice mix
    1 c. cooked rice
    4 or 5 green onions
    1 (1/4-inch thick) ham slice (approximately 4 x 5 inches), cut into 1/2-inch squares
    1 egg (raw), scrambled
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Canola oil or vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. frozen peas
Preparation
    Pour cooking oil in skillet, add cut-up onions and tops to oil and cook for 2 minutes (over low heat).
    Add cut-up ham, cook for a minute or 2. Add frozen peas and the cold cooked rice.
    Mix well and heat until rice is hot.
