Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O, dissolved with 2 c. hot water and cooled
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. mayo
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 can unsweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into molds or 9 x 13-inch pan. Best if made night before.
