Buffalo Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Blue cheese dressing (optional)
dash of cayenne pepper
1/3 c. butter or oleo, melted
2 lb. baking potatoes, sliced lengthwise into wedges
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, blend ingredients and add potatoes, turning to coat.
Bake, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until potatoes are crisp.
Serve with dressing.
