Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix flour with sugar, dry milk, baking powder and salt.
Stir in cereal and raisins.
Mix eggs, bananas, butter and water; add to flour.
Stir just until all flour is moist.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack. Wrap in plastic or aluminum and store overnight before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
