Mom'S Angel Food Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon jello (3 oz. size)
    2 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. hot water
    2 c. crushed pineapple (not drained)
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cream, whipped, or 8 oz. Cool Whip
    1/2 lb. marshmallows or 1 bag miniature (6 1/2 oz.)
    1 angel food cake, broken in bits (remove crusts)
Preparation
    Mix lemon jello, pineapple juice and hot water and let congeal.
    Then whip.
    Add pineapple and beaten eggs.
    Arrange a layer of cake and layer of pineapple mixture in a large 9 x 13-inch pan which has been oiled.
    (Can be put in larger pan.) Serves 12.
