Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of fresh pepper
    5 (3/4-inch) veal loin chops, boned and tenderized until thin
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    5 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. Sauterne
    dash of Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Dip chops in egg, then in crumbs.
    Brown in oil.
    Place slice of Mozzarella cheese in each.
    Mix tomato sauce, garlic, wine, oregano and Sweet 'N Low.
    Pour over chops.
    Simmer 50 minutes.
    Serve with linguini.
    Makes 4 servings.
