28 crushed Oreo cookies
1/2 c. margarine, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 small box each vanilla and chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

First Layer:
Place cookie crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch serving dish.
Pour melted margarine over crumbs. Refrigerate.
