Lemon Orange Roughy Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
    3/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    4 orange roughy fillets (about 1 lb.)
    paprika
Preparation
    In a pie plate, combine butter and lemon juice; set aside. In another pie plate, combine bread crumbs, lemon pepper, seasoned salt and dill weed.
    Wash fillets; pat dry with paper towels.
    Dip each fillet in butter mixture, then in bread crumb mixture.
    Place in an ungreased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Pour remaining butter mixture over fillets; sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork.
