Zucchini Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Cut washed and trimmed zucchini into 1/2-inch slices.
    Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender.
    Reduce heat, add zucchini and cook until tender-crisp, stirring often.
    Stir in salt, pepper and sugar.
    Mix well.
