Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together until smooth.
    Grease heated griddle.
    To test griddle, sprinkle with few drops of water.
    If water skittles around, heat is right.
    Pour batter onto hot griddle.
    Turn pancakes as soon as they are puffed and full of bubbles, but before bubbles break.
    Bake other side until golden brown.
