4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed (about 1 c.)
4 sprigs parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
