Tropical Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
2 large oranges, peeled, sectioned and drained
1 1/2 c. cut up fresh pineapple, drained
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 to 4 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. nuts
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, fruit and celery; mix well.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, combine chicken mixture, dressing and nuts.
Serve in hollowed out pineapple shell.
