Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 cups ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup finely grated mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup finely grated provolone cheese
    1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup sour cream
    8 - 10 twists of fresh cracked pepper or 1/4 tsp.
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
    5 rigata style lasagna noodles, cooked al dente, patted dry
    parmesan meatballs - optional
    2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, additional
    2 tsp. fresh minced parsley, additional
    3 to 4 cups tomato sauce of choice
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients in a bowl.
    Stir thoroughly to blend. cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
