Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
May not look done, but do not bake more at this time.
