Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker or cookie crumb pie crust
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. nondairy whipping cream
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust.
    Cream butter and peanut butter until well blended.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat on low speed until light and fluffy.
    Add one egg and beat on medium speed a full five minutes.
    Add the remaining egg and beat another five minutes. Fold in whipped topping until well blended.
    Pour into pie shell and freeze about 2 hours.
