Rice Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    whole chicken
Preparation
    Season inside of chicken with salt and pepper.
    Melt margarine.
    Add onions and saute until lightly browned.
    Add rice; stir over medium heat until colored.
    Add bouillon.
    Stir and cover.
    Cook until liquid is absorbed.
    Add thyme and pepper to taste.
    Let rice mixture cool and then stuff chicken.
    Bake chicken at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste frequently with pan drippings.
    Serves 5.
