Ginger-Cinnamon Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. thin sliced fresh ginger
    6 c. water
    2 cinnamon sticks
    2 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
    lemon wedges (for garnish if desired)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, simmer ginger, cinnamon sticks and water for 20 minutes, longer for stronger tea. Add honey or brown sugar and strain tea through sieve.
